Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Pakistani, with a valid CNIC and machine-readable passport.
- Age: generally 21 – 45 years, varying by employer and destination country.
- Education: no formal education is required for unskilled trades such as house worker, cleaner, loader and farm worker. Skilled trades need a relevant certificate or diploma; medical and engineering roles need a recognised degree and licensing.
- Experience: skilled trades typically require 2 – 5 years of experience and a trade test.
- Driving posts: a valid LTV or HTV licence is normally required.
- Medical: a fitness certificate is mandatory. Qatar and Malaysia require it to be uploaded during BEOE online registration.
- Police clearance: a Police Character Certificate is required for specified countries including Saudi Arabia.
How to Apply for BEOE Foreign Jobs 2026
- Open the official portal at beoe.gov.pk/foreign-jobs and search by trade, country or salary range.
- Open the demand and note the OEP name, licence number, permission number and grant date.

Is There a Last Date to Apply?
No — BEOE foreign jobs have no single closing date. This is the most common misunderstanding among applicants.
Each approved demand carries its own permission number and grant date, and is valid for 120 days from that date. Individual listings expire and new ones are added to the portal every day. That is why you should check the portal regularly rather than waiting for one deadline.
How to Avoid Visa Fraud
- Deal only with BEOE-licensed agencies and verify the licence status online before paying anything.
- Confirm the agency holds a genuine job order with a permission number that matches the portal.
- Transact only at the agency’s registered address — never at a private house.
- Always demand an official receipt for every rupee paid.
- Ignore advertisements asking you to send money to a P.O. Box or personal account.
- Be careful of travel agencies and training centres promising overseas jobs.
